One of the most intense hikes we did during our trek was up to Manaslu Basecamp (4836m)… especially the final meters on snow and ice made it a little challenge 😉. But what a breathtaking sight we had on the surrounding mountains and the emerald Birendra lake. Also the sound of roaring glacier avalanches and big vultures flying around alone the way made it very impressive 🏔️
