Last week I followed a Nikon night photography workshop, Behind the Lens.
Lots of technicalities to fill my head, but certainly an interesting evening,
Rotterdam looks wonderful at night, and this particular night was clear and moonlit.
Much of the evening was directed at getting the camera settings right, but having said that I was pleased with a few of my first attempts.
Here you see the Erasmus bridge of Rotterdam, better known as the Swan.
I will be in London next week, soon after Paris and in December Washington DC, all for work, but I have set myself the challenge of at least one worthwhile night shot from each city.
