Beach huts line the shoreline in Tankerton, East Kent, looking towards one of the worlds largest offshore wind farm, which is capable of powering over 200,000 homes. The Thanet wind farm was opened in 2010, the array of more than 100 giant turbines is spread over 35 square kilometers in the North Sea.
