I found it hard on my feet to walk the 8 km pilgrim path around the holy mountain in Chittrakoot, the floor was hard and often very hot, but the atmosphere walking with the devoted was incredible and spurred me on. This old man had walked miles to reach here to celebrate the Sita Ram festival, the man lying on the ground is making his round on the path on his back. This is done as extra penance, often if there is a grave sickness in the family or maybe his wife is trying very hard to get pregnant, - a cause that needs an extra blessing.
