You not only see many more foreigners in Burma than years ago but also Burmese tourist. This Pay-Oo women is from Shan state paying her first visit to Bagan during the Ananda festival. She and her friends were so excited, giggling like school girls on on school-reisje. They bought many cheap souvenirs from the stalls congregating around the temple.
