The larger ferries moored at Sadarghat carry up to 6000 passengers through the delta waterways. The crew make themselves breakfast before the passengers arrive.
We travelled on one of these boats - cabin class. You can see the cabins or at least the doors to the cabin on the deck, and can imagine how our 24 hour journey was, it would be no surprise to you to say not very comfortable.
