In Pinnawala hebben we een olifanten weeshuis bezocht. Het spektakelstuk was toen alle olifanten naar de rivier werd geleid voor verkoeling en om gebadderd te worden. Alles moest (terecht) wijken om de olifanten zo makkelijk en snel mogelijk naar de riveier te leiden. Het deed mij een beetje denken aan de olifanten uit het Jungle Book… dus:
