I wish you could see how fast these guys work and what team work it is. The two guys in the front, tear off small pieces of clay and quickly knead and roll this to get the air out. The other two guys pack the rolls into the wooden brick moulds, press it down, tear off the surplus, which I may add is minimal, the guys are so good at tearing off just the exact amount of clay, and turn the mould out to dry. This is all done with such competence and at such a speed.
