This is a man made lake created after the Clyde Dam swtopped the Clyde River. Wild sage (salie) was growing all over this hill so I gathered some good handfuls and made a nice sauce to go over the roast duck. I love these colours- it looks so cold but it was actually about 25 degrees. Everything fragrant.
