We went to Maroc for 10 days. We only booked a Riad (www.riad-honey.com) in Marrakech for 2 nights and 2 nights Essaouira (http://www.riad-casalila-essaouira.com/) at the end of our holiday. After 2 days in Marrakech (more than enough) we told our Riad owner our travel plans and he recommended us his friend, Mahjoub (www.hamadatour.com - +21261871641). We went on a 5 day trip from Marrakech to Dades Valley - Todra gorge - into Mhamid and the desert and back to the coast, Essaouira. This was really wonderful. We made the tour with a 3 months old 4x4 jeep and have seen places a tourist would never see. Mahjoub knows many people, nice hotels/riads on the road and the area by head. Whatever your travel plan (or style) is, I'm sure you will enjoy a great experience under guidance of Mahjoub.
