Of course with the town swarming with pilgrims, I had plenty of opportunity in the three days to talk to people and of course take their portraits. This young girl travelled with her family from Allahabad, she was proud to be at school studying amongst others English, she told me she hoped to go to university in Allahabad where Indira Gandhi had once studied. I am not sure if Indira Gandhi is a perfect role-model but I understood her ambition.
