She stood everyday at the entrance to the temple, waiting for the donations from the worshipers. I would have loved to have learnt her story, why is this old lady begging at the temple, where is her family? I assume her husband had died. My Hindi may be good enough to ask questions, but certainly not Tamil and that was her only language.
We gave her some rice, she gave me a big smile.
