The mobile phone is still a rarity in the Andes as is internet for the locals, but I was surprised how many of the indigenous people flocked to the internet cafe after to market, to check their emails, FB, news etc.Mostly men. The little girl on the step looks so bored, maybe her father had been inside for a long while.
