A view on Ecuador, or rather my view on Ecuador.........

Waking up before the sun and climbing to the top of the ridge above the Bellavista Could Reserve in the Mindu Cloud Forest for this beautiful view is how we start our story.
The BC reserve is owned by Richard a fellow Englishman that bought 200 hectares back in the early 1980's receiving a subsidy from the government, he staring to conserve this former pig farming land. At first the locals were skeptical, but over the years they have seen the benefits to the land and the money that eco-tourism brings in, that they now work side by side with him these days.
