The art installation Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red at the Tower of London, marks one hundred years since the first full day of Britain's involvement in the First World. Ceramic poppies have progressively filled the Tower's moat since the beginning of August. By November11, 888,246 poppies, each representing a British military fatality during the war will complete this art work.
