For 20 minutes in the evening the majestic Kumbalgarh fort glows gold against the dark sky. We sat on an opposite hillock in the cool breeze drinking in the sight. However, after 20 mins once the lights are turned off, and with the absence of the moon, we had to climb down the wall and walk the dark road back to the hotel.
